You can set the privacy levels and share as much or as little as you want. You can have this information ready to go when meeting with your healthcare team. - Community Support Share what hurts. You can interact with others who are also affected by the pain or condition you’re living with. The Ouchie community has thousands of patients and you’re sure to find someone who can relate to what you’re going through. Connecting with or finding others can lessen suffering and is in turn part of the solution. - CBT Celebrate your accomplishments. Ouchie is all about recognizing daily efforts! We offer achievements you can work towards and the ability to set targeted goals.
